American IPA - Available
This is our offering to the hop heads! A decidedly hoppy, bitter, and moderately strong American IPA. We use a generous amount of whole leaf Cascade, Nugget and Citra hops to showcase the freshness and citrus flavors that these hops provide.

Manheim Red -  Available
Our flagship beer, is amber to red in color with a medium body, slight caramel sweetness, and a balance more towards malt than hops. This beer is a true crowd-pleaser and keeps you coming back for more!                                                      ABV 5.25%

Darkside Ale -  Available
Welcome to the Darkside! Stouts, Porters, and brown ales, etc., these rich, dark and roasty beers generally require several months of aging to bring out their full flavors, and will rotate based on availability and season. Ask us what lies on the darkside today.

Patriot Ale -  Available 
This Blonde Ale is smooth, easy drinking, and has the lowest alcohol content of our offerings. With light fruity esters, a touch of malt character, and just enough hops to keep things balanced. This is a very approchable selection for those new to craft beer.

Scotch Ale -  NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
 A Scottish 1850 Ale starting June 18, 2010. A portion of this brew is pulled from our brew kettle and boiled seperatley to get the caramel flavor. It has a malt focused aroma and some malty sweetness.  
                                                               ABV 5%

Wheat Ale -  NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
A pale, spicy, fruity, refreshing wheat-based ale. This style of beer includes 50% or more of wheat and features a unique banana/clove yeast character. Try it with a lemon or orange slice to quench your thirst.          
                                                                 ABV 4.7%

Belgian Dubbel -  NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
A deep reddish, moderately strong, malty and complex.
This recipe features several specialty malts all imprted in from Belgian.

 

JoBoy’s is one of, if not the smallest brewery in Pennsylvania. We hand brew in small batches, and brew nearly every day. While we make no claims to brewing the best beer you ever had; we can promise hand-crafted beer that focuses on quality and that pairs well with out barbeque.
